  • ½ cup Oatmeal
  • ½ Banana
  • 3 T Plain yogurt with active cultures...greek yogurt is great for this!
  • 1 T Honey preferably raw, organic
  1. Mash the banana and mix in other ingredients. If you wish, you can put all the ingredients in a blender for a smoother feel.

  2. Apply a thin layer of the mask evenly over your face. You can use a brush or your fingers to do this.

  3. Once you’ve applied the mixture, we recommend sitting or reclining your head back in some way as the oatmeal makes this mask a bit on the thicker side. We want the mask to stay on your face, not plop onto the floor!

  4. Leave the mask on for 15-30 minutes. Listen to a podcast or do a meditation!

  5. Rinse away with warm water and pat skin dry. Do not wash your face with soap after you’re finished. You want those benefits to continue to sink into your skin after the mask is done!
